At FixTires.com it is our desire that every customer be completely happy with the quality of the products we sell. We realize sometimes things happen either in manufacturing, shipping of products or the order and filling process that can make the experience less than desirable. Here’s what we can do:
Inspect your shipment upon arrival. Report any damage or shipping related breakage immediately to the carrier such as United Parcel Service (UPS). Also notify Fix Tires.com of any damages or shortages at the time of delivery, we will be happy to offer an exchange or supply any missing item at no extra charge. We are not responsible for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts after 15 business days, regardless of the party at fault. We must be contacted immediately if any of the above occurs. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages and all claims for such must be processed through the shipping company.
THE WRONG ITEMS WERE ORDERED
If you wish to return goods due to unsuitability, we must be notified in writing (email) and goods returned within 7 working days, commencing the day after delivery. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to pay for the return of the products to us. Once received back and checked to ensure they have been returned complete, in salable condition, unused and with the original packaging, you will be refunded by check, less the original delivery charge. All returns are subject to a non-refundable 15% restocking fee (except where prohibited by law), unless it is determined that we are at fault. You will also be charged for the shipping costs of any newly ordered items.
Defective products can only be returned in exchange for the exact same product, or at the sole discretion of Fix Tires.com. Defective products may only be returned within 15 days of the date you actually took delivery of the product. Once your return is processed, and is verified to meet the basic criteria above and to be defective, your replacement order will be sent to fulfillment. How quickly your replacement product ships after that depends on product availability.
For products that we verify to be defective, we will reimburse you for your return shipping expenses, provided that your defective return is shipped via ground shipment only. If you return your product via a faster, more expensive shipper, you incur the expenses yourself and any request for shipping reimbursement will be denied.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
We need your order number, name, email address and the part number you wish to return along with a detailed explanation of why you need to return it. If you do not have your order number, please indicate when your order was purchased and the full name ordered with. We will issue you a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA#). All RGA numbers are e-mailed in 2-3 business days with a return shipping address and complete shipping instructions.
No returns will be accepted without an RGA number. If the RGA number is not clearly written on the outside of the shipping box, it will be returned to you.
All returns must be postage paid; return shipping charges are not refundable.
All returns must be packaged properly; we are not responsible for damaged returns that occur as a result of improper packing.
