Terms and Conditions


Order Delivery time - Fix understands the importance of receiving your order in a timely manner. If you have an upcoming deadline it is important to contact us directly to discuss your order to ensure your order will arrive on time. Please note: Fix cannot be responsible for shipping errors caused by 3rd party shipping companies. We recommend you choose an expedited shipping method when arrival time is critical. Some larger quantity orders may require your order being drop shipped from one of our vendors, thus possibly altering UPS Ground delivery times. Please call us at 1-800-473-3883 if you have concerns regarding the processing / delivery time of your order. Please see the UPS map below for UPS ground delivery times within the US.

Address Corrections - It is important that you provide us with a complete and accurate shipping address. Some shipping carriers will charge an address correction fee if the address number is wrong or the suite/unit/apartment number is missing or incorrect. Some shipping carriers will return shipments in this case as well. You (the customer) will be responsible for these fees or return/reship fees that are incurred. Currently UPS charges an $11.00 address correction fee for example.

Returns and Refunds - Fix wants you to be completely satisfied. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, please contact us via e-mail or phone right away. Refunds cannot be issued for customized or personalized products. Stock items can be returned for a refund, however a 15% restocking fee will apply. Returned products must be shipped at customers expense and cannot be accepted without prior authorization. Once received and checked to ensure they have been returned complete, in salable condition, unused and with the original packaging, you will be refunded by check, less the original delivery charge. Please contact us using our returned goods page if you need a return authorization number.

Damaged and Defective (or missing) Goods - Fix prides itself in packaging products in a way to prevent damage. However in the event you do have damaged or defective products, or you discover missing items, please contact us within 15 days of receipt of your order to arrange a resolution. Typically we will send replacement products right away. It is your responsibility to inspect your order carefully (immediately) upon receipt. Replacement items will be shipped via ground shipping methods. Rush shipping charges (if needed) will be the customers responsibility. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages and all claims for such must be processed through the shipping company. Under no circumstances will Fix's liability extend beyond the cost of the order.

Tech Tire Repair Products - Purchaser agrees not to sell, trade or even use Tech Tire Repair Products east of the Mississippi river. If the purchaser has requested Tech Tire Repair Products to be shipped to a location east of the Mississippi river it is agreed by accepting our terms and conditions that the items are being shipped there to support charitable foundations. We encourage all purchasers east of the Mississippi river to contact the Tech Tire Repair dealer in your area or you can search for the nearest dealer Here

We start processing your order as soon as payment is verified. ***We are unable to ship on weekends and holidays. Small orders or parts orders will typically ship the same day or the following day. Larger orders usually ship in 2-3 business days. Business Days are Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays.

Regarding Next Day, Second Day, 3-Day Select Shipping Options: If your order is received after 4:00pm CST, your order will be processed and ship the next business day. Business Days are Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. We thank you for considering such factors when selecting your shipping options.

Free Shipping When Fix has a Free Shipping promotion, the shipping service selection will be at Fix discretion. Please contact us with any questions regarding our free shipping program.

Shipping charges will be displayed during the checkout process. Our system will connect with UPS to get quotes based on the items in your shopping cart. You will have a chance to review these options prior to final payment.
